OE Tan

Torque converter wafers by Raybestos Powertrain are manufactured with premium OE tan material containing cellulose fibers, a special blend of saturants which provide excellent co-efficients of friction material to prevent shuddering during modulated TCC lock-up. The Raybestos coating process is state-of-the-art and uses PL700 adhesive, the industry standard for the OE market. The coating process forms a lattice structure with the friction material for optimum shear strength. The smooth surface of the wafer assures complete contact between the friction material and the bonding surface.
